A screenwriter, script consultant and former studio executive, Amanda Sloane Murray has been evaluating screenplays for writers and producers since 2003. As a development executive at New Line Cinema, she contributed creatively to such projects as Sex and the City, The Golden Compass, Project 51, The Last Mimzy and Hoot.

As a script analyst, her clients include New Line Cinema, Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions (Stomp the Yard 2: Homecoming), 1492 Pictures (Night at the Museum, Harry Potter), Strike Entertainment (Children of Men, Slither), The Mayhem Project (Make it Happen), and Chick Flick Productions (Raise Your Voice).

She regularly serves as a judge for the 20th Century Fox Television Diverse Writer Initiative, and has led a series of workshops entitled How to Get Your Script Past the Studio Reader at the Santa Monica College Small Business Development Center.
